There’s nothing like coming home— that warm blanket of familiarity, full of friends and family (and proper sausages!) This homecoming is no different. But as we prepare for The Art of Celebration UK tour, we can’t help but feel this one is special. From the beginning, The Art of Celebration has been a call to preach to ourselves that the joy of the Lord is our strength. And some of the times when it’s been most difficult to preach this message to ourselves has been when we’ve been away from the comfort and familiarity of home.
We miss our friends, our churches, our families. But next week, we will finally get to worship and celebrate our God with those people we consider “home”! To say we are excited, would be an understatement.
Another exciting aspect of this tour is that we get to bring our dear friends from Tenth Avenue North along with us. This will be our third time on tour with them over the years, but the first in the UK and it’s going to be a party! These guys radiate authenticity and we couldn’t be more excited for them to join us on The Art of Celebration tour.
